5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or share any content through the platform, including responses to exercises, comments, or collaborative work, you grant Fresh Notebook a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all

6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Certain features and workshops on the platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise Fresh
Notebook to charge your chosen payment method for the amounts stated.
6.2 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy, which is made available at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our
refund policy at any time with reasonable notice.
6.3 Price Changes
Fresh Notebook reserves the right to modify pricing for any services at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed. Where applicable, we will provide advance

13. Termination

account. Fresh Notebook may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination,
your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
